All orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

Once it gets dispatched, it will take 5 to 6 days* to reach your doorstep without and extra cost. Please note that it may take more than 6 days in some cities due to public holidays/weather or maybe due to lack of transportation facilities.

If your order status still shows unfulfilled after 6* days or if you don’t receive tracking email, mail us at youngandnasty.yan@gmail.com and we will help you out.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order once placed cannot be cancelled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at to youngandnasty.yan@gmail.com change it to the preferred size within 12hours of placing your order and we will happily update it.

 

EXCHANGE

- In case of an exchange for a different size or a different piece, contact us within 3 days post Delivery at contact-  youngandnasty.yan@gmail.com and we will book a return pickup against your order.

- Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount. Once we will receive the product, we will dispatch the new item within 2 days only if the required size is available .

 

CONDITIONS (EXCHANGE)

- Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted and will be delivered back to the customer.

- We reserve the right to not accept a return if;

- The product/s are returned after use

- The products are damaged

- Exchanges will be only accepted once against every order. It will not be accepted if the customer wishes to exchange the same order for a second time.
