ORDER CANCELLATION
Order once placed cannot be cancelled. If you have ordered the wrong size product by mistake, you can simply email us at to youngandnasty.yan@gmail.com change it to the preferred size within 12hours of placing your order and we will happily update it.
EXCHANGE
- In case of an exchange for a different size or a different piece, contact us within 3 days post Delivery at contact- youngandnasty.yan@gmail.com and we will book a return pickup against your order.
- Exchanges will be processed only for the same amount as the original order value or a higher amount. Once we will receive the product, we will dispatch the new item within 2 days only if the required size is available .
CONDITIONS (EXCHANGE)
- Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted and will be delivered back to the customer.
- We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
- The product/s are returned after use
- The products are damaged
- Exchanges will be only accepted once against every order. It will not be accepted if the customer wishes to exchange the same order for a second time.
